LOA or not ???

06/11/2020 : Boat rentals for leisure travel - Modification of the conditions for determining the share of rentals taxable in France

As of November 1st all signed LOA contracts are subject to the new rules.
Although the subject has been more than topical in recent months we were surprised by its suddenness in the implementation period as well as its retroactivity of application.

Therefore, until further information is available, we are not in a position to offer financing plans for the purchase of a LOA boat.
